New students for spring 2010, welcome to CUA as a member of the Class of 2013!
We are excited to welcome you to the CUA community! We look forward to getting to know you and having the opportunity to work with you during your time here.
To assist in your transition to The Catholic University of America, the University offers an online Orientation program, which is designed to address basic transitional needs and to provide you with an understanding of student services and resources. The online orientation will be available by December 21st and can be accessed through this site. In addition CUA offers a personalized orientation program for students transitioning to Catholic in the spring semester. You will be paired up with an orientation advisor, a current student, who will meet you on move-in weekend and answer any questions you might have. In addition you will meet with an Associate Dean within the first couple weeks of the semester to discuss your transition and orient you to the services CUA has to offer. A detailed schedule of orientation information is available also by clicking the link above.
New beginnings are both exciting and challenging, CUA’s orientation program is designed to help you enjoy this new beginning and to provide a solid start on your first semester. I hope you will take an opportunity to learn about CUA, its people and resources.
Our staff is here to help you in your CUA experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Sincerely,
Kathryn Jennings
Associate Dean of Students
