Welcome New Students!

 

Congratulations on your acceptance! We are sure you have many questions about the University and your role as a student. Information about Orientation 2013 will be mailed to students in early June. Come back to orientation.cua.edu June1st to learn about beginning as a new student at CUA! If you have questions in the meantime, email us at cua-orientation@cua.edu
 

This is a very exciting time for you and your family. The next couple of months will go by very quickly and soon you will be taking your place as a student at Catholic University. You will find that CUA has a lot to offer you — a variety of student organizations and service projects, spiritual engagement, internship opportunities in Washington, D.C., and outstanding faculty who are ready to engage you in new ideas.

At Catholic University you will develop yourself, shaping your intellect and learning to accept the challenges of a committed citizen who serves others. We hope that you will challenge yourself and lead others, taking responsibility for your CUA experience and making it everything you have dreamed. CUA faculty and administration are here to assist you in achieving and reaching beyond your goals. All of this starts with Orientation.

Orientation begins on Aug. 22, 2013. Be sure to review all of the move-in information before you arrive.

Parent sessions begin on Aug. 22 and end the evening of Aug. 24, 2013

An additional orientation session will be offered for international students on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013

Over the course of the next several weeks you will receive information from Orientation and other university offices. Please review each item carefully for deadlines. The Catholic University of America is preparing for your arrival and we are ready to address your questions and assist with your transition. Please feel free to contact Orientation at 202-319-5627.
